The service was beyond exceptional! From the first minute to the last, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and the best we've ever had! We also loved the location, it was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. And the rooms were just what we were looking for. They were cozy, clean and comfortable.
To be honest, we didn't really find anything that we disliked about this place! Maybe the only thing was that we didn't want to leave, but I suppose that's a good thing, isn't it?

the luxurious spa and wellness center helped me relax with jacuzzis, saunas, and massages that fulfilled my exclusive amenities needs.
The only minor issue was the limited menu options available for special diet menus. Despite this, the hotel staff was accommodating and tried their best to fulfill my dietary needs.

During Christmas, I had a great experience at this hotel. the service was exceptional and made me feel special. the food in the restaurant was a key highlight, absolutely delicious. the hotel was in a great location with beautiful surroundings to explore. I especially enjoyed the comfortable accommodations that provided me with a good night's sleep.
the room was a bit small for my liking and it felt a bit cramped.
